Talent Associate (Screen and Stage)

Location: Berwick Street, Soho London

Hours: Full-time

About the role

At Olivia Bell Management, we believe that great careers are built through trust, collaboration and genuinely caring about the people we represent.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Associate to join our London office and become an integral part of our film, TV and theatre team.  This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Talent Assistant ready for the next step, or an established Talent Associate looking to take on greater responsibility within our collaborative, supportive and fast-moving agency.

No two days at Olivia Bell are ever quite the same.  We’re looking for someone who loves the industry, enjoys building genuine relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be organised, proactive and commercially aware, but just as importantly, you’ll be kind, approachable and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.

You’ll be involved in every aspect of client management and key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of an established client list, while taking increasing ownership of client relationships and helping shape clients’ long-term careers.
  • Supporting negotiations, preparing and administering contracts, and liaising with our finance team to ensure that projects run smoothly from booking through to payment.
  • Building relationships with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals, while confidently promoting clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Managing Spotlight breakdowns, coordinating submissions, reviewing self-tapes and scripts, and providing thoughtful feedback to support clients at every stage of the casting process.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and providing thoughtful support throughout every stage of their careers.
  • Representing Olivia Bell Management at showcases, theatre productions, screenings and industry events, building relationships and keeping abreast of emerging talent and opportunities.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if this sounds like you:

  • You already have experience working within a talent agency
  • You’re ready to take the next step in your career and excited by the opportunity to take on greater responsibility.
  • You have a strong understanding of the film, TV and theatre industry and a genuine passion for supporting actors throughout their careers.
  • You’re highly organised, calm under pressure and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
  • You’re proactive, thoughtful and enjoy finding solutions.
  • You’re just as happy rolling up your sleeves to help a colleague as you are working independently.
  • You’re confident using Spotlight, Tagmin, IMDb and other industry software.
  • Above all, you care about doing a brilliant job for your clients and your team.
