Personal Managers Association
The Personal Managers’ Association (PMA) is a membership organisation for talent agencies. Our membership includes all major UK agencies, established boutique agencies, and newer agencies starting to make their mark. Our estimated reach covers over 1000 individual agents, who between them represent approximately 50,000 artists, writers, directors and creatives; working in screen, theatre and audio.
Members are bound by a Code of Good Agent Practice, with outlines regard for the professional welfare of clients; commitment to upholding industry-wide standards, and advocacy for equality, diversity and inclusion, and anti-harassment.
Being a member of the PMA opens your agency up to a strong and engaged community committed to upholding good standards in the industry. Membership is open to agencies who represent actors, dramatists, directors and creatives; working predominantly in screen and theatre.
Applications must be supported by the Director/s of the agency. You will be asked to confirm that you and your agency employees are willing to abide by the PMA Code of Conduct.
